  Dorry Romaine at the Deptford store was a tremendous help to me in designing and selecting items for my bathroom remodel. She was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She did not rush me and came up with wonderful ideas. It was a pleasure to do business with her. Highly recommend.

  Avalon Flooring has a great selection of products and the store manager has gone out of his way to make me a satisfied customer. I recently purchased flooring for a small project and experienced a long delay in receiving the material. I let the store manager know I was having problems getting my order and he went out of his way to try to make up for the inconvenience this caused. He followed up with me on a regular basis to find out how my new floor installation was going and to make sure I was fully satisfied. He also asked me to give Avalon Flooring another chance to prove they have great customer service for the larger flooring project I had planned. I decided to give Avalon another try when I was ready to purchase 630 sq ft of tile for my big flooring project, and I am very glad I did! The store manager followed through on his promise of excellent customer service and on time delivery. I was very pleasantly surprised by how smoothly this tile transaction has gone and the store manager's genuine desire to make me a satisfied customer. I would definitely do business with Avalon Flooring again and would recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you Avalon Flooring for your beautiful quality products and excellent customer service!

  I had a great experience at Avalon tile and with my designer Leslie. She listened to what we were thinking about for our 2 bathroom remodel projects and brought them to life. She took them time to walk around the showroom and put together the perfect look. I appreciate that she told us about an upcoming sale to save us $$$ Leslie has also been available during the remodel process for questions. It's been a very positive experience!!
