  We visited the Marlton store yesterday and a wonderful associate named Christopher helped us find the perfect set of pots and pans. Unfortunately Marlton store did not have them in stock. Christopher quickly found us a set at the Cherry Hill location and at that time informed us that the set was on sale. We were thrilled and had him call the Cherry Hill Store right away to put it on hold for pick up on 7/3, which is today. We went to pick it up and found the clerk in charge more interested in her McDonald's french fries than doing her job. She never greeted me or told me her name. I asked if she knew about my pots and pans. She told me to go to Customer Service. As I was walking away she said maybe they are in the backroom. They were, I went to the register and was charged full price. I explained how I came to be there and that they were suppose to be on sale @ $119.00. I had made sure before I left Marlton as to the exact price. They called a manager, he told me there was nothing he could do. The cashier actually told me to buy them and "just go back to Marlton and get the difference". My problem is at no time did either of them try to call Christopher who was working in Marlton and could have taken care of all of it. Even though I did suggest it several times. Needless to say I have come home potless!
