    As a manager in the retail business myself, I thought I should bring to your attention a recent horrific experience at your Cherry Hill Mall location. After 45 minutes of shopping through your store with my spouse and 2 year old son, we approach the cashier ready to pay for our intended purchases. Not sure if an item was on sale or not, I politely asked the cashier if the the item was on sale and what was the discounted price. She looked at the tag and said with an attitude "IT IS AS MARKED, DID YOU NOT SEE THE TAG?". I said, thank you, but if it is not on sale I do not want it. I explained that it was on a clearance rack stating $5. She took the item away and stated, "NO, IT IS NOT ON SALE". Perplexed by her attitude and response, I stared at her in awe... not happy with her demeanor and response, I asked " can you please just scan it and check?". With a very disgusted facial expression, she says "SURE"! As she scanned the item, it came up on sale as I indicated to her. With a surprised face, she looks at me and says, it is on sale. $7, do you want it? I responded, I do, but I should not take it at this point, due to your disrespectful attitude. She responds with "It doesn't matter to me, it doesn't hurt me none!". Now I'm frustrated at the way I am being treated by a customer service representative that should be pleasant and appreciating my purchase. I stay quiet, and 30 seconds later she speaks out loud, "THAT'S FUNNY!!". At this point I lose it, and ask for a manager. The manager comes out, I explain to her what just transpired, thank her for her time and leave. I walk through the store 30 minutes later, and the cashier is still at the counter tending to customers. I'm pretty sure the manager didn't even reprimand her team member and completely disregarded her complete disrespect to your clients. As far as I am concerned, there are many stores to shop at, other than yours. I personally, will not be going back, but as a retail comrade, I sincerely urge you to examine your operation at Cherry Hill Mall. It was truly one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered at a retail store.
