  Kol did a complete makeover of my master bath. I was satisfied and happy with the end result (my bath is shown on their tv add on some of the home flipper shows... ie: fixer upper. But now the caulk between the ceiling and crown molding is cracking and pulling away from the ceiling and destroying the ceiling paint in that area in the entire room, also opening a 1/8 to 1/4 '' gap (so unsightly). I am 74 and am unable to repair it myself. I called and was told someone would get back to me. I am upset because their work is very good but something went wrong in the caulking department. So hoping they will respond. I have recommended to others.

  From start to finish we had a good experience. We were hesitant when we read some negative reviews but it seems all granite installers have some negative ones. We called to set an appointment. A young man came out to measure. No obligation. No hard sell. We had already measured the square footage and it was real close to Kol's measurements. We went to the showroom and took time to go up and down the rows to look at the granite at the different pricing levels. Again, no hard sell. We were left alone to browse and free to ask questions. We chose level two and were given pricing for the granite per square foot. Extra costs were clear - $150 to cut out out for sink (sink included in price); $250 for a plumber to reconnect but you could do it yourself or have your own plumber do it. $250 seemed high but we went with it to have the package. We set an appointment for someone to come for the template. We paid one half at that time and the other half when the job was done. The workmen came out within 1/2 hour of appointment and did nice work.The plumber came later that day on time. He replaced a couple PVC tubes under the sink and a weight that was missing for the pull sprayer. The plumber left his number in case we had any problems. We had a very good experience with them and would use them again and recommend them to others.
