  This was the worst customer service experience I've ever had! I walked into an empty store, approached the service counter attended by two Sprint customer service personnel and proceeded to be ignored by both of them for nearly 10 minutes. Both were talking on their phones, obviously not business related calls, but personal conversations. When, after the first few minutes, neither worker would even make eye contact with me. I began to ask if they were still open, when one worker looked my way, rolled her eyes and continued her phone conversation. The girl seated next to her, looked up and asked if I was purchasing a product. I said no and I was there to service my phone. She said,"oh we don't do that. You got to call sprint. Maybe you should've went to Apple. They have 1 year warranty on that phone. My response was,"I bought the phone from sprint and purchased the extra insurance. Are you telling me you don't accept the insurance you sold me?" She scribbled a number on a piece of paper and handed it to me. She then told me sprint does all service via mail.
