  I was there around Christmas time so I'm not sure that any review would be the best sacred have. I had ordered something in advance to be picked up since I have some mobility issues. I had to wait longer than I feel I should have and took three different people to finally get the item I wanted. I do have to say that the store was extremely busy. People were pleasant but again like I said took great jail time to finally get my item. There is good parking around that particular store.

  I'm not sure what other Toys R Us look like right now, but this place was a mess. Difficult to find things, including staff to help. Generally messy. Needed to pick up some karaoke CDs for my niece, the whole display was in disarray, with broken and open packages everywhere. It was right before Christmas so I'm sure that had something to do with it.
